These are lenticular lenses that mount on cine film cameras. Rare item. Great as a collector item.
The filters were used with a special type of film (Kodacolor E.K.C) Used for a lenticular colour home movie system, introduced in 1928 and retired after Kodachrome film made it obsolete in 1935.
