JVC DV/MiniDV VCR plays DV mini tapes.
This is and excellent DV player. It connects to computer via firewire for transfer of tapes or acts as a buffer between Standard Definition video (eg VHS player) and computer. Phono level video in/out.
Fully tested and working.  Pal compatible. Will play normal consumer DV tapes without adaptor. 
Ideal for transferring DV tapes to computer.
 
Supplied with mains lead.
