Shipping Policies

Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if available. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.





OddBits by Magic Conversions will make every effort to pack your order well and is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Customs, Duties and Taxes


OddBits by Magic Conversions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return Policies

Conditions for the return of items

You have the right to return an item within 14 days if for any reason you change your mind. In such circumstances you will be responsible for all postage costs. 

The item(s) must be in unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with all the original packaging, instructions, guarantee and any extras.

If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours.

Items must be returned with a cover note detailing the reason for the return. Please return to the address shown below.

When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.

Faulty Items

Faulty items must be returned using the same process described above. 

Your postage will be returned for goods found to be faulty.



If you wish to exchange a purchase for another item, please just return your undesired item for a refund and order a new item.
