Custom-designed 3D printed replacement bracket for the handle of a Sony TC630 reel-to-reel player. The handle brackets on these machines are prone to breaking.
 
Our replacement bracket will mount onto the machine using the original handle, mounting screws and metal washer plates.
We provide x2 screw stoppers for when the original screws are used; these clip into the inside of the machine where the handle bracket screws screw into place. The purpose of these stoppers is to stop the screw from being screwed down all the way to allow proper tension on the handle when lifting your machine.
 
PLEASE NOTE:- The original mounting screws are impossible to replace; these will not be included with this kit. If you do not have the original screws, please select "No" from the product options below.
If the no screws option is selected, please be aware that installation will be different. You will be required to drill out the holes on the brackets inside of the machine, to allow an M5 screw to fit through. The screw stoppers will be installed with a captive nut to allow the M5 screw to be secured into place.
 
These are designed and fabricated by OddBits. Fully tested and will support the weight of the machine just fine.
