Standard 8mm and Super 8mm cine film with or without sound [100ft reel size] conversion onto a digital download.
Here at OddBits, we can take your treasured memories from any old form of media, bring them back to life then supply them as a digital download link for you to enjoy on your computer or any device.
Your films are cleaned and repaired as standard. We scan the films frame by frame into our computer system then correct any decolourisation in the film, any exposure alterations are made and any bad sections or blank sections of the film are cut out, so you are just left with all of the good stuff.
We will advise where necessary of any film that can not be recovered or any sections in a film that can not be restored, for example, if there is a very over-exposed section from the original film.
Once you have placed an order for the quantity you have, we will email you a confirmation with instructions on what to do next and where to send the films.

We charge on a per film basis. All you have to do is pack up and send us your films via registered post or courier with your contact details, we do the rest.
We advise when your films arrive safely and will keep you updated throughout the process. Once the conversion is complete, we email you a digital download link and arrange return postage of your films if you require them back.
If you do not want your films returned, we hold them for 3 months and then recycle them.
