This is a direct replacement for the VU indicator or the record light indicator bulb on the Akai 4000 series reel to reel players. They need to be soldered in which is very easy to do and does require the romoval of the lower faceplate. One bulb supplied.
Fits 4000D, 4000DS, 4000DS MK 2, 4000DB, GX-4000DB, GX-4000DS. For other models please ask.
