The Sony EVO-9700P is a professional-grade PAL-format Hi8 dual-transport video cassette editor (circa 1991) designed for high-quality, frame-accurate editing. It features a built-in character generator, time code generator, and Digital Chrominance Noise Reducer (CNR), offering 400 horizontal lines of resolution in Hi8 mode.
